Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of kalyanamita.com. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them.
Last updated: 17 September 2026
Using the site
You may read, listen to and share our content for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 16 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to create an account.
Your account
Keep your password confidential and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are used to abuse the site or other members.
Comments and community conduct
Comments are open to members. Please keep them kind, on-topic and free of spam, harassment, hate speech or medical claims. We may hide or remove any comment, and repeated abuse may end your access.
You keep ownership of what you write and grant us a licence to display it on the site until you delete it.
Our content and third-party recordings
Articles, photographs and original audio are © Kalyanamita unless stated otherwise. The guided meditation library also includes recordings that belong to third parties and are offered for personal listening only; they may not be downloaded, redistributed, re-uploaded or used commercially.
Please do not scrape the site or republish its content at scale without written permission.
Memberships and payments
Support is handled through PayPal and may be one-time, monthly or annual. Recurring support can be cancelled at any time in your PayPal account, and access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Because digital content is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable — but if something has gone wrong, contact us and we will put it right.
Membership tiers may unlock different content or benefits, which we may change over time with notice on the site.
Not medical or therapeutic advice
Kalyanamita offers contemplative and educational content. It is not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Meditation is not recommended as a sole treatment for depression, anxiety or any other condition. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis helpline immediately.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but provide it "as is", without warranties. Content may change, and we may add, suspend or remove features.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kalyanamita is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, email hello@kalyanamita.com with the details and we will respond promptly, including removing the material where appropriate.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
